Delivery / Returns / Cancelation

Our website always shows products to be in stock. Sometimes items can go out of stock but ordering is still possible as our website is not updated daily due to time. 

Please contact us before ordering if you have found our product out of stock in other marketplaces.


Homestreet aims to deliver your goods fast, effiiciently and in the condition that you would expect.

We always aim to pack and despatch all orders the very next day.

FREE UK DELIVERY applies to;



Royal Mail 2nd class. Usually 2-4 days.


1st class Royal Mail. Usually 1 day. Allow 2 days. Sent same day if ordered by 3pm.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY starts at £2.50 and is £0.005 per gram thereafter ( £0.50 per 100g )

Royal Mail AIRMAIL. Allow 5 - 14 days. 

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY starts at £3.50 and is £0.01 per gram thereafter ( £1.00 per 100g )

Royal Mail AIRMAIL. Allow 5 - 21 days.


You Must select the correct delivery option for your location.

Method of delivery can always change dependant on size and weight.

Delivery is based on weight, please email us at if you have any problems or questions. With so many variations, its always possible that delivery may calculate incorrectly. We would like to hear from you if this is the case.

This info is a guide only and could be later if we are awaiting stock or if Royal Mail or the chosen courier is experiencing delays. We will inform you if this is the case. If you have any concerns then please contact us. We cannot accept liability for any items damaged or lost in the post, please contact us immediately if you have a problem and we will do our best to resolve.

You can choose your delivery option from a menu whilst viewing your basket. Please choose the correct method as your order will still be processed but may be cancelled if, for example, you select free uk delivery when delivery is to europe.


We may be able to deliver all furniture within 4 Days, even if the leadtime states longer. There is a £30 charge imposed by our suppliers for this option. Please email us if you would like to take up this option and we will adise further. For example, if a dining table states 14-21 days delivery, we may still be able arrange delivery in 4 days.

Furniture items are ordered with our supplier as soon as purchased, unless already in stock, and are usually delivered next day once they arrive.

Furniture items that are in stock, are usually despatched within 24 hours and delivered next day. If you change your mind after 7 days of ordering furniture items, we resere the right to charge 10% or £20 (whichever is greater) to cover costs of processing your order. This will be deducted from the refunded amount and we will inform you of this prior to issuing a refund.

The lead time stated is an average time for delivery and can be slightly sooner or slightly later. If you have any concerns, please email or call us and we will chase your order with our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by our suppliers or couriers. The majority of orders arrive in good time. This does not affect your statutory rights.


We recycle as much packaging as possible, without compromising the protection of all items.

We use quality Jiffy bubble wrap, padded envelopes, boxes and strong Kraft brown paper.


If you change your mind, no problem, just email us with a reason and we will send you a confirmation email. Please then return within 7 days for a refund of the cost of your item. This excludes furniture items, see above.

If your item(s) is faulty or damaged, please email us within 3 days and we will send confirmation for you to return your item(s). Please return within 7 days. Upon receipt and confirmation, we will then send a replacement. If we cannot replace, then we will refund the amount paid plus return postage costs. We will advise on which method of return postage to use.
